ENDING VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND GIRLS
25th November - 10th December 2024
16 DAYS OF ACTIVISMPENZANCE
16 Days of Activism Penzance will take place 25th November to 10th December in and around Penzance.
It is a community movement dedicated to raising awareness and taking action to end violence against women and girls, while promoting gender equality.
Be part of the change and stand in solidarity with those affected by violence.
The campaign lasts for 16 days, but we're calling for an end to violence against women and girls every day.
WHAT'S ON
16 Days of Activism 2024 came to an end after an inspiring, uplifting, rousing 16 days of events.
We laughed, cried, sang, and made our voices heard.
Thank you to everyone who got involved by organising, attending, promoting, sharing or just reading about our campaign. Together, we will not stop calling for an end to violence against women and girls.
You can see some of this year's highlights in the gallery below.

I Realised When
This short film, 'I Realised When,' was made as part of 16 Days of Activism and focuses on the stories of women survivors of coercive control living in Cornwall who began to regain control of their lives.
You're worth more than this.
